For full transparency, we utilize a third party provider for our sending platform capabilities. It is not 100% in our control, as much as we’d like it to be, and you’d experience these issues anywhere.
- If you refresh the page whilst a conversation is open in the master inbox, it will only show that reply 
 
- 9/10 this can be fixed by flicking between unread replies and replies 
 
- Or by clearing cache, new browser, updating Chrome
