Tailoring your Listkit Subscription to Fit Your Needs

When you join Listkit, the first step you take is selecting the subscription plan that best fits your needs. There are two distinct subscriptions available: one that provides Email Credits and another that offers Phone Credits.

If you’re interested in getting both Email and Phone credits, you can do this by selecting any Email Credits plan, then simply adjusting the "Add phone number credits" slider below it to the desired amount, then proceeding with the payment, this will add the Phone Credits as a different subscription.

What if I already have a Listkit subscription?

No problem! To add more credits to your existing subscription, log in to your Listkit account at https://app.listkit.io/, then navigate to the credits section located at the top right corner of the dashboard. From there, select "Buy new credits."

After that, choose the quantity of Email and/or Phone credits you wish to purchase and click the "Buy credits" button to proceed.

Why are they called subscriptions?

These plans are referred to as subscriptions because they renew monthly. Each month, the same amount of credits is added to your account, and you are automatically charged. If you wish to cancel your subscription at any time, simply reach out to us via the in-app support chat, and we'll handle the rest.
