TL;DR
ListKit can trigger events (Positive Replies, Replies, Out of Office, Unsubscribes, and more) that flow into Zapier, then into your CRM.
Connect Zapier from the Integrations tab to get your ListKit API Key.
Use that API Key inside Zapier to build a Zap that sends the event data into your CRM.
This is fully self-serve — no need to contact support to set it up.
When you'd use this / Why it matters
If you want reply data, unsubscribes, or other engagement events automatically synced into your CRM — instead of manually checking and entering it — connecting through Zapier is the fastest way to make that happen.
Step 1: Get your ListKit API Key
Log into your ListKit account
From the left-side menu, click Integrations
Click Connect next to Zapier
Your Zapier API Key is displayed
Click Copy (or Copy key) to copy it
You'll paste this key into Zapier in the next step. See "How do I use Zapier with ListKit?" for the full Zapier-side setup.
Step 2: Choose which events to send
Once connected, you can select which ListKit events should trigger your Zap, including:
Positive Replies
Replies
Out of Office (OOO)
Unsubscribes
And more
Pick the event type that matches what you want reflected in your CRM (for example, Positive Replies for sales follow-up, or Unsubscribes to keep your CRM list clean).
Step 3: Route the event into your CRM via Zapier
Inside Zapier, use your ListKit API Key to connect ListKit as a trigger
Choose your event type (e.g., Positive Replies)
Set your action app to your CRM (HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, or any Zapier-supported CRM)
Map the fields you want passed into your CRM
Publish your Zap
