Instead of logging into multiple sending inboxes, you can:

Step 1: Open the Master Inbox
Once campaigns are live and replies start coming in, they will automatically appear here.
What you’ll see inside the Master Inbox
Replies will be showing here, with tags below each showing to which category each belongs.
Common categories include:
These categories help you prioritize follow-ups and manage pipeline flow.
How to view a reply
Click on any reply in the Master Inbox.
You’ll see:
The full email thread
The conversation history
The original outreach message
The lead’s response
Review the full conversation before responding.
How to change the reply category
Open the email thread.
In the top-right corner, click the current category.
Click on it and select a new category (e.g., Interested, Not Interested).
Keeping categories updated ensures:
Accurate reporting
Clean pipeline tracking
Better follow-up management
How to reply to a lead
A reply pop-up will appear.
Inside the reply window, you can:
Write your response
Add CC
Add BCC
Why use CC?
You can CC your main business email to:
Maintain visibility in your personal inbox
Keep records outside of ListKit
Loop in teammates if needed
Click Send.
Your response will be delivered from the original sending inbox.
