TL;DR

  • Go to Email Engine → Campaigns.

  • Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to a campaign.

  • Choose Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.

  • Changes apply going forward (not retroactively).

Why this matters

Once a campaign is live, you may need to optimize messaging, adjust sending settings, or reuse the structure for new markets.

The Campaigns tab gives you full control over active and past campaigns.

Step 1: Open the Campaigns tab

  1. Click Email Engine

  2. Select Campaigns

You’ll see a list of all active and past campaigns.

Each campaign displays performance metrics such as:

  • Number of leads

  • Emails sent

  • Bounce rate

  • Reply rate

  • Positive reply rate

Step 2: Open campaign actions

  1. Find the campaign you want to manage.

  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the right side of the row.

You’ll see three options:

  • Edit

  • Duplicate

  • Delete

Option 1: Delete a campaign

  1. Click Delete.

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Only delete a campaign if you are certain you no longer need it.

Option 2: Duplicate a campaign

  1. Click Duplicate.

This creates a copy of the campaign, including:

  • Email sequences

  • Campaign structure

  • Sending configuration

When to duplicate

Duplicating is ideal when:

  • Testing a new messaging angle

  • Changing subject lines

  • Adjusting schedule or inboxes

  • Running the same framework in a different market

Duplicating saves time and avoids rebuilding from scratch.

Option 3: Edit a campaign

  1. Click Edit.

You’ll return to the same 4-step campaign builder used during creation.

1️⃣ Edit campaign details

You can:

  • Change the Campaign Name

  • Replace or modify the Lead List

2️⃣ Edit sequences

Inside the sequence builder, you can:

  • Modify subject lines

  • Update email copy

  • Add new variants (A/B testing)

  • Remove variants

  • Add additional follow-ups

  • Adjust follow-up timing

This is where you optimize messaging.

3️⃣ Edit campaign setup

You can adjust:

  • Sending Accounts

    • Allowing you to select and edit which accounts will be used in this email campaign

  • Campaign Schedule

    • Allowing you to edit the Time zone

    • Campaign start date

    • Sending days

    • Sending hours

    • Minutes between emails

    • Maximum new leads per day

You can also modify:

  • Follow-ups vs new leads prioritization

  • Auto-pause for same domain replies

  • AI lead categorization

  • Out-of-office handling settings

4️⃣ Review & publish

Go to the Review & Publish step.

Confirm:

  • Campaign name

  • Updated sequences

  • Lead list

  • Inbox selection

  • Schedule settings

Then click Publish Campaign (top right).

Your updates will take effect immediately or based on your configured schedule.

Expected outcome

Your campaign will continue running with the updated settings.

Important:

  • Changes apply moving forward.

  • Emails already sent are not affected.

Best practice

If making major structural changes:

👉 Duplicate the campaign first.

This gives you a backup version in case performance drops.

Troubleshooting / FAQs

Do edits affect emails already sent?
No. Changes only apply to future sends.

Should I edit or duplicate?
Edit for small optimizations. Duplicate for major changes or testing new angles.

What happens if I delete an active campaign?
