How Do I Manage My Inboxes In ListKit's Email Engine?

TL;DR

  • Go to Email Engine → Inboxes.

  • Select one or multiple inboxes.

  • Use the bottom toolbar to delete, update signatures, enable/disable warm-up, or bulk edit settings.

  • Bulk editing helps you safely scale sending and warm-up across multiple inboxes.



Why this matters

Your Inboxes tab controls sending limits, warm-up behavior, and signatures.
Managing these settings correctly protects deliverability and ensures smooth campaign execution.



Step 1: Open the Inboxes tab

  1. Go to next.listkit.io and Login

  2. Click Email Engine

  3. Select Inboxes

You should now see a list of all connected email accounts.


Step 2: Select the inboxes you want to edit

Before making changes, you must select inboxes.

You can:

  • ✔️ Select individual inboxes using the checkbox next to each email

  • ✔️ Select all inboxes by ticking the checkbox next to Full Name (top-left corner), then clicking Select All

If you selected all inboxes:

  1. Click "Select All"

  2. Then Apply Selection

A toolbar will appear at the bottom of the screen with management options


Available inbox management options


1️⃣ Delete inboxes

  1. Select the inbox(es)

  2. Click Delete

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Only delete inboxes you no longer plan to use for sending.


2️⃣ Update signature

  1. Select the inbox(es)

  2. Click Update Signature

  3. Edit or add your email signature

  4. Click Update

The new signature will apply to all selected inboxes.

Use this to maintain consistent branding across accounts.


3️⃣ Enable or disable warm-up

You can control warm-up directly from the toolbar.

Enable Warm-Up

Turns on automatic warm-up for selected inboxes.

Disable Warm-Up

Stops warm-up activity.

Use this when:

  • You’re transitioning inboxes into full sending mode

  • You’re pausing activity temporarily

  • An inbox no longer needs warm-up



4️⃣ Bulk edit sending and warm-up settings

  1. Select inboxes

  2. Click Bulk Edit Settings

A pop-up will open where you can configure:


Sending Settings

Emails sent per day
Maximum number of emails each inbox can send daily.

Minimum time between emails (minutes)
Delay between outgoing emails to protect deliverability.


Warm-Up Settings

Total warm-up emails per day
Number of daily warm-up emails.

Daily ramp-up
How quickly sending volume increases over time.

Reply rate
Simulated reply percentage for warm-up conversations.


After making changes:

👉 Click Save

Your updates will apply to all selected inboxes.


Expected outcome

You should now see updated settings applied to the selected inboxes.

Your inboxes are:

  • Configured with correct daily limits

  • Enabled for Warmup

  • Using the correct email signature

  • Ready for safe campaign sending


Troubleshooting / FAQs

Why don’t I see the editing toolbar?
You must select at least one inbox and click Apply Settings.

Can I update only one inbox?
Yes. Simply select that single inbox before applying changes.

Should I disable warm-up when launching campaigns?
Do not disable the warm-up at any stage

What happens if I increase sending limits too quickly?
It may hurt deliverability and increase bounce or spam rates, always follow the numbers suggested by our team and the best practices we follow and provide.
