TL;DR
Reply Forwarding sends positive cold email replies directly to your main inbox.
Replies arrive from [email protected].
You can reply directly from Gmail (or your email client).
Forwarded replies will not appear in the send.listkit.io Master Inbox.
A Gmail label/filter is strongly recommended to stay organized.
When you’d use this / Why it matters
Reply Forwarding is designed for speed.
Instead of logging into send.listkit.io to check and respond to replies, you can manage positive responses directly from the inbox you already use every day.
This reduces response time and keeps your workflow simple.
What Reply Forwarding does
When Reply Forwarding is enabled:
Positive replies are forwarded to your email inbox
Emails come from: [email protected]
You can reply directly from Gmail, Google Workspace, or any email client
The conversation continues outside of send.listkit.io
✅ No need to log in to respond
❌ Your replies will not show inside the ListKit Master Inbox
What Reply Forwarding looks like
A forwarded reply appears as a normal email thread in your inbox, with the original prospect message included.
You can:
Read the reply
Hit Reply
Continue the conversation normally
ListKit stays out of the way once the reply is forwarded.
Important limitation (read this)
Once you reply from your inbox:
The conversation is no longer tracked inside send.listkit.io
The Master Inbox will not show future messages in that thread
This is expected behavior.
Keeping your inbox clean (recommended Gmail setup)
To avoid clutter, we strongly recommend using a Gmail filter + label.
Step 1 - Create a Gmail filter
Open Gmail
Click the search bar dropdown (filter icon)
In Has the words, enter:
Step 2 - Apply a label
Click Search
Toggle Apply the label
Create a new label (example: ListKit)
Click Create filter
Step 3 - Replies stay organized
All forwarded replies will now land neatly inside your Gmail label:
📁 ListKit
Your main inbox stays clean while replies remain easy to access.
