How do I check all my support messages in ListKit?

TL;DR

  • You can view all past and current support conversations in in-app chat.

  • Open the Messages tab to see your full conversation history.

  • You can reply in the same thread—no need to start a new chat.


When you’d use this / Why it matters

If you want to continue a previous support conversation or review what you’ve already sent, using the existing message thread helps support respond faster and avoids repeating context.


How to view your support messages

Step-by-step

  1. Click the chat icon

    • Located in the bottom-right corner of your ListKit dashboard.

  2. Open the “Messages” tab

    • Click the Messages icon (the second icon at the bottom of the chat window).

  3. Browse your conversations

    • You’ll see a list of all open and past support conversations.

    • Unread messages are marked with a red notification dot.

  4. Click any conversation to reopen it

    • The full conversation opens instantly.

    • You can reply and continue right where you left off.


Expected outcome

You should now be able to:

  • See all previous support messages

  • Reopen any conversation

  • Continue the same thread without starting over


Tip 💡

You don’t need to start a new chat every time. Reusing existing conversations helps support respond faster since they already have full context.
