Open the Messages tab to see your full conversation history.
You can reply in the same thread—no need to start a new chat.
When you’d use this / Why it matters
If you want to continue a previous support conversation or review what you’ve already sent, using the existing message thread helps support respond faster and avoids repeating context.
How to view your support messages
Step-by-step
Click the chat icon
Open the “Messages” tab
Browse your conversations
Click any conversation to reopen it
Expected outcome
You should now be able to:
See all previous support messages
Reopen any conversation
Continue the same thread without starting over

You don’t need to start a new chat every time. Reusing existing conversations helps support respond faster since they already have full context.
