TL;DR

  • Credits power all exports, enrichment, and verification in ListKit.

  • There are two credit types: Universal Credits and Verification Credits.

  • Universal Credits are used for B2B Search, Intent Data, and Enrichment.

  • Verification Credits are only for verifying external leads in the Email Verification Tool.

  • Basic fields are free; high-value fields consume credits.

When you’d use this / Why it matters

Use this article if you want to understand what actions consume credits, how to estimate costs before exporting, and how to avoid wasting credits.

How to view your credits

  1. Click your email address in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.

  2. Select Billing.

  3. You’ll see:

    • Current credit balance

    • Credit usage

    • Credit renewal date (matches your subscription renewal)

You’ll notice two credit types:

  • Universal Credits

  • Verification Credits

Verification Credits (Email Verification Tool only)

Used for:

  • Verifying emails from external sources (CSV uploads not generated by ListKit)

How they work:

  • 1 email verified = 1 Verification Credit

  • This is single verification, not triple verification

Important:

  • ❌ Do not use this for ListKit-exported leads

  • ✅ Use Triple Verification during export instead for higher accuracy

Rule of thumb:

Only use Verification Credits for external lead lists.

Universal Credits (used across ListKit)

Used in:

  • B2B Search

  • Intent Data

  • Enrichment Tool

Universal Credits are consumed when you export or enrich high-value fields.
