TL;DR

  • The Enrichment Tool fills in missing lead or company data using what you already have.

  • Upload a CSV or import from HubSpot.

  • Choose which lead and company fields you want enriched.

  • Review credits, start enrichment, and download results once completed.

When you’d use this / Why it matters

Use the Enrichment Tool when you have partial or outdated lead lists from external sources (CSV, CRM, LinkedIn, domains). It helps you turn incomplete data into campaign-ready lists without manual research.

What is the Enrichment Tool?

The Enrichment Tool automatically finds and fills in missing information such as:

  • Business emails (including triple-verified)

  • Job titles

  • Company details

  • LinkedIn URLs

  • Phone numbers (when available)

It works even if you only have:

  • A LinkedIn URL

  • A name

  • A company domain

Step-by-step: Upload a CSV file

1. Go to Enrichment

  • Open ListKit.

  • Click Enrichment in the left-side menu.

2. Upload your file

  • Click Upload CSV File.

  • Drag and drop your CSV, or click Browse File.

  • Name your enrichment list.

  • Click Upload.

3. Map your columns

You’ll see a summary showing:

  • Columns detected – total columns in your CSV

  • Recognized – columns ListKit auto-mapped

  • Need mapping – columns requiring manual mapping

Use the dropdowns to map fields correctly, for example:

  • LinkedIn URL → LinkedIn URL (Lead)

  • First Name → First Name

  • Company Name → Company Name

Once complete, click Continue.

Alternative: Import from CRM (HubSpot)

  1. Click Import from CRM.

  2. Connect your HubSpot account.

  3. Select the account and follow the same mapping steps above.

Step-by-step: Select data to enrich

Lead fields

From the Lead tab, you can enrich:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Job Title

  • Location

  • Business Email

  • Triple Verified Business Email

  • Mobile Phone Number

  • Personal LinkedIn URL

  • Personal Email

  • Triple Verified Personal Email

⚠️ Some fields consume additional credits.

Company fields

From the Company tab, you can enrich:

  • Company Name

  • Domain

  • Industry

  • Employee Count

  • Company Location

  • Company Address

  • Company LinkedIn URL

  • Tech Stack

  • Funding

After choosing your fields, click Continue.

Step-by-step: Choose providers and start enrichment

  1. Select one or multiple Enrichment Providers.

  2. Choose which Email Finder tools to include.

  3. Click Continue.

  4. Review:

    • Credit balance

    • Estimated credit usage

  • Click Start Enrichment.

Monitoring enrichment progress

After starting:

  • You’ll see a live table of all uploaded leads.

  • Initial status: Enriching

Status meanings:

  • Enriching – processing in progress

  • Enriched – data successfully found and filled

  • Not Found – insufficient data to identify the lead (often missing LinkedIn URL or domain)

Downloading your enriched file

Once complete:

  • Order status changes to Completed

  • Progress bar shows 100%

  • Click Download (top-right) to export your enriched file

Expected outcome

You should now be able to:

  • Enrich incomplete lead lists quickly

  • Add verified emails and firmographic data

  • Download clean, ready-to-use outreach files

  • Reduce manual research and list prep time

Troubleshooting / FAQs

Usually because there wasn’t enough identifying data (e.g., missing LinkedIn URL or company domain).

Does enrichment use credits?

Yes. Some fields (emails, phone numbers, verification) consume credits.

Can I enrich partial lists?

Yes. Enrichment is designed specifically for partial or outdated data.

Which CRM is supported?

Using the Enrichment Tool helps ensure every list you send is complete, accurate, and campaign-ready—without manual enrichment or extra tools.
