How do I view and download invoices and receipts in ListKit?

TL;DR

  • All invoices and receipts are available in your ListKit dashboard.

  • You can view your payment history and open invoices via Stripe.

  • Invoices can be downloaded as PDFs for accounting or records.


When you’d use this / Why it matters

If you need invoices for accounting, reimbursements, or record-keeping, you can access everything directly from your ListKit account—no need to contact support in most cases.


How to access the Billing page

  1. Log into your ListKit account.

  2. Click your email address in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.

  3. Select Billing from the dropdown menu.


How to view payment history and invoices

  1. On the Billing page, scroll down to Payment History.

  2. You’ll see a list of all past payments and charges.

  3. Click the highlighted amount next to the invoice you want to view.


Viewing and downloading invoices

After clicking the invoice amount:

  • Stripe opens automatically

  • From Stripe, you can:

    • View the full invoice

    • Download the invoice as a PDF

    • Save or share the receipt for accounting purposes

Expected outcome:

You’ll have a downloadable PDF copy of your invoice or receipt.

Yes. All historical invoices are available in the Billing page.
