When you’d use this / Why it matters
Use this article whenever you need to update billing details, adjust your plan, buy credits, or download invoices. Everything related to payments and subscriptions lives in one place.
Step-by-step: Access the Billing page
Click your email address in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.
Select Billing from the dropdown.
Update your payment method
At the top of the Billing page, locate your current payment method.
Click Update.
You’ll be redirected to the secure Stripe billing portal.
Update your card details and confirm.
Manage your subscription
Below your payment method, you’ll see your current plan and renewal date.
Click Manage Subscription.
Choose one of the following options:
Change Plan – upgrade or downgrade tiers
Pause Subscription – pauses at the end of the current billing cycle
Cancel Subscription – ends the plan entirely
You’ll also see your renewal date above your current plan.
View and purchase credits
Under your subscription details, you’ll see your credit balances:
Universal Credits – used for B2B Search, Intent Data, and Enrichment
Verification Credits – used only in the Email Verification Tool
To buy more credits:
Click Buy Credits.
Select the credit type and quantity:
1,000 Universal Credits = $10
10,000 Verification Credits = $15
Click Buy Now to complete the purchase.
Active subscriptions & add-ons
In the Active Subscription section, you’ll see:
Your main subscription
Any add-ons
Renewal dates for each
You can click Change Plan next to any item to update, pause, or cancel it.
Payment history & invoices
At the bottom of the Billing page:
Scroll to Payment History.
Click the highlighted amount next to any invoice.
Stripe will open, allowing you to:
View the invoice
Download it as a PDF
Expected outcome

Will pausing cancel my subscription immediately?
No. Pausing takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Are credits added instantly after purchase?
Yes. Credits are available immediately.
