TL;DR

  • You can access verification results from Order History or email delivery.

  • Use the Verifier filter to find email verification orders.

  • Download results as soon as the order status is ready.

When you’d use this / Why it matters

Use this after you’ve run the Email Verification Tool and want to retrieve your verified list. Knowing where to find results ensures you can quickly move verified leads into campaigns or your CRM.

Step-by-step: View and download verification orders from Order History

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Order History.

  2. Below the Search History bar, click Verifier to filter for verification orders.

  3. Locate the order you want.

  4. Once the order status shows as ready:

    • Hover over the order

    • Click Download

✅ Your verified CSV will download immediately.

Alternative: Email delivery (automatic)

You don’t have to manually download results if you don’t want to.

  • Verification results are automatically sent to the email address linked to your ListKit account.

  • This happens once the verification process is complete.

✅ Useful if you’re running large verifications or want a backup copy.

Expected outcome

You should now be able to:

  • Locate completed verification orders

  • Download verified CSV files on demand

  • Retrieve results from your inbox if needed
