How do I manage add-ons and packages in ListKit billing?

TL;DR

  • You can view and manage all subscriptions and add-ons from the Billing page.

  • The Active Subscription section shows plans, add-ons, and renewal dates.

  • Plans and add-ons can be updated, paused, or canceled based on your billing cycle.


When you’d use this / Why it matters

If you need to review your current plan, manage add-ons, or make changes before renewal, the Billing page gives you full visibility and control without needing to contact support.


How to access the Billing page

  1. Log into your ListKit account.

  2. Click your email address in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.

  3. Select Billing from the dropdown menu.


View active subscriptions and add-ons

  1. On the Billing page, scroll down.

  2. Locate the Active Subscription section.

Here you’ll see:

  • Your main subscription

  • Any active add-ons or packages

  • Renewal dates for each item


Manage plans and add-ons

  1. Click Change Plan next to the subscription or add-on you want to manage.

  2. From there, you can:

    • Update your plan

    • Pause a subscription

    • Cancel an add-on or package

Important:

Changes take effect according to your current billing cycle.

Yes. All active add-ons are listed under Active Subscription.

When do plan changes take effect?
