Use the Email Verification Tool when you have leads from outside ListKit and want to confirm they’re safe, active, and deliverable—without relying on third-party verifiers.


Overview: The two ways to verify emails in ListKit

1. Triple Verification (recommended)

Used during export from ListKit.

  • Available on the Checkout page

  • Option: Business Email (Triple Verified)

  • Runs emails through three layers of verification

  • Highest accuracy and deliverability

2. Single Verification (Email Verification Tool)

Used for external leads.

  • One verification pass

  • Confirms if emails are valid and safe to send

  • Uses verification credits

Step-by-step: How to access the Email Verification Tool

  1. Click the menu icon below the ListKit logo to expand the sidebar.

  2. Select Email Verifier.


Step-by-step: Verify emails using a CSV file

  • On the Email Verifier page, click Verify Email.

  • Upload your CSV by:

    • Clicking the upload box, or

    • Dragging and dropping the file

  • Click Start Verifying.

The verification starts automatically.


Step-by-step: Verify emails by pasting

  1. Go to the Paste Email tab.

  2. Copy the emails from your spreadsheet or list.

  3. Paste them into the text box.

  4. Click Start Verifying Emails.

You’ll see the detected email count before verification begins.


Viewing and downloading verification results

Option 1: Order History

  1. Go to Order History from the left menu.

  2. Click Verifier under the Search History bar.

  3. When the order is ready, hover over it and click Download.


Option 2: Email delivery

  • Results are also automatically sent to the email associated with your ListKit account.


Expected outcome

You should now be able to:

  • Choose the right verification method

  • Verify external email lists safely

  • Download clean, validated email files
