TL;DR
Admins can invite teammates under the same subscription.
Each teammate gets their own login, but shares the same plan, data, and credits.
Invites are sent from [email protected].
If the invite isn’t received, check Pending in Members + spam/junk.
When you’d use this / Why it matters

Step-by-step: Invite a new user (Admin only)
1) Log in as the Admin
Sign in to the main ListKit account (the one with the active subscription).
2) Open Members
Click your initials (profile icon) in the bottom-left corner.
Select Members.
3) Send an invite
Click Invite Member.
Enter:
Email Address
First Name
Last Name
Click Send Invite.
✅ The user will appear in Members with a Pending status.
What the invited user needs to do
Check their inbox for an email from [email protected] with the subject:
“You’ve been invited to join ListKit”
Open the email and click Reset Your Password.
Create a password and confirm it.
Click Reset password.
Log in using their email + new password.
✅ Once logged in, they’ll have access to the shared workspace (leads, data, and credits) under the admin’s subscription.
Notes & tips
Each user has their own credentials.
Everyone shares the same workspace, including credits.
You can invite multiple teammates under one plan.
