TL;DR

  • Saved Filters let you reuse search setups without rebuilding them.

  • You can save filters from B2B Search or Internal Data.

  • Load saved filters anytime from the Saved Filters menu.

  • You can also recover and reuse filters from past orders.

When you’d use this / Why it matters

Use Saved Filters when you:

  • Run similar searches repeatedly

  • Want consistent targeting across campaigns

  • Need to quickly relaunch or iterate on past exports

Saved Filters reduce setup time and help maintain targeting consistency.

Step-by-step: How to save a filter

  1. Log into app.listkit.io.

  2. Build your filters as usual (in B2B Search or Internal Data).

  3. Click Save Filter (above your applied filters).

  4. Enter a name for your filter.

  5. Click Save Filter to confirm.

✅ Your filter is now saved.

Step-by-step: How to find and load a saved filter

Open Saved Filters from the top-left side menu.

Scroll to find the filter you saved.

Click the filter name.

✅ The filter loads instantly with all settings applied.

What you can do with a saved filter

Next to each saved filter, click the three-dot menu to:

  • Share the filter with a teammate

  • Delete the filter if you no longer need it

Step-by-step: How to find filters used in a previous order

If you want to see or reuse filters from an older export:

  • Go to Order History from the left-side menu.

  • Scroll to the order you want.

  • Click View Filters.

  • Click Show All Filters.

✅ You’ll see exactly which filters were used for that export.

Step-by-step: Re-apply filters from an old order instantly

To load filters from a past order back into your search:

  • Go to Order History.

  • Find the order you want.

  • Click the three-dot menu on the right.

  • Select Send Order → Share link.

  • Click Copy link.

  • Open a new browser tab.

  • Paste the link and press Enter.

✅ Your dashboard opens with all filters from that order already applied.

Expected outcome

You should now be able to:

  • Save filter sets once

  • Reload them instantly

  • Share filters with teammates

  • Recover filters from any previous order

Troubleshooting / FAQs

Can I save filters from both B2B Search and Internal Data?

Yes. Saved Filters work in both areas.

Will saved filters update automatically?

No. They load exactly as saved, but you can edit them after loading.

Can I reuse filters from very old orders?

Yes. Any order in Order History can be reused via the share link.

I don’t see the Save Filter button. Why?

Make sure at least one filter is applied—Save Filter only appears after filters are set.
